Always a five star experience when Grace is working. Unfortunately, I do not receive the same outstanding customer service from other employees. I do enjoy this Ulta location. It is always clean and well staffed.

The store was great and staff were friendly. I just wish there was someone to assist at the salon . I came for a silk press, I had extremely frizzy hair after my appointment and had to go home to fix it. Please please bring more awareness to specifically mixed race, African-American curly hair in your salons 🙁

This afternoon was my very first time shopping at Ulta Beauty... (I chose University Hills).
I was pleasantly greeted and it didn't take long for the staff to realize that I was far from familiar with product for my fiancé... needless to say, the associates (several) were willing to help and I left the store "bag full" of confidence and support. I can't thank them enough for helping me to ensure my fiancé a birthday surprise of Beauty gifts along with a gift card to come back herself. I wouldn't mention names because the entire staff was seamlessly together.

I had a wonderful time at the Salon. My stylist Aly was top notch. I had major root growth from moving from New York City and wanted to get my platinum blonde back. Not only was she extremely professional and patient, she made me feel so comfortable in the chair that I forgot I was in the chair for 7 hours. Her platinum color work and hair cut rivals any stylist I went to in New York City. I have never been happier and cannot wait to go back to her as long as she is there!

This store is absolutely incredible! You can feel the energy and good vibes. I can’t say anything bad. The eyebrow artist spends her time with you and is fabulous. Shay I could go on for hours…she’s not only the most talented hairdresser I’ve ever had but an incredible human being. Even though I have moved from this location I still will drive in traffic just to see Shay! My hair is always phenomenal and I get tons of compliments!! Thank you for being such a warm and welcoming store.

Ry is an absolute magic energy that was sent by our universe to meet my 6 yo daughter and I when we came in to shop. My girl was obsessed with the Ulta mini brands, and after spending an embarrassing amount of time of searching which store has it, we found it here. Enter Ry. My girl and her because instant friends, the vibes connected and now we are visiting for the 3rd time this week so she can see if Ry has anything new to recommend. I did use this opportunity to get some coaching from Ry and the team on my dry skin and fine hair, while Casey, the sales menager, spent an unreasonable amount of time with my girl on a makeover.

Joana is amazing at the salon!! I’ve seen her twice for a formal makeup & formal hair style session. She takes her time to get to know you, what you want your final look to be, and is incredibly talented at what she does!! Can’t wait to see her again next week 🙂
