Do NOT book Angela for any service unless you want to be spoken to poorly, lose money, and be blocked on social media. If I could give a 0-star review I would, but I am required to provide at least 1 star. The fact I am sitting here having to write this review right before my wedding should speak volumes. Instead of enjoying wedding planning, I have to now find another makeup artist in less than 3 weeks before my wedding. I don’t want other brides to have the same experience which is why I am sharing my experience. I can’t rate her service because I never received anything due to trial cancelations from Angela. People get sick and things come up, but when she openly says she wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t want to use her service anymore due to her canceling twice now, you would think she would be more understanding of your situation. Especially someone with 16 years of experience. Angela did try to reschedule me for a third time, but my wedding is rapidly approaching, and I do not have time to reschedule at this point due to other appointments and commitments. No offer to return any of my money, only offered to reschedule my trial or she would try to find another event for my scheduled day and maybe she would refund some of my money. Regardless, I wouldn’t feel confident she would even show up on my wedding day, as she did to another bride in 2021. I am so disappointed in the way this was handled.
