Fatima is a phenomenal hair and make-up artist. I am someone who usually wears minimal make-up, so I was very nervous to get my make-up done for my wedding and end up looking different than myself. Fatima was very kind and patient as we talked through what I liked and found to be too much during my make-up trial, and then took careful detailed notes and pictures. I had never used hair extensions before so she also talked me through the process of purchasing them, and she was always available for random text or email questions about skin care leading up to the day. On the day of the wedding (this past September) she was truly incredible. She has a calming, fun presence that was perfect for me and her teammate did a fantastic job also getting my family ready. I absolutely loved how my whole look turned out. I didn't think about my hair or make-up once more throughout the whole ceremony and reception. It stayed perfectly and the photos are so so wonderful. I would highly recommend Fatima and her team to anyone!

I had my makeup done by Fatima for a wedding I was attending in NJ l. I was visiting from Canada and getting around was a bit of a mission. I was late for my appointment and she was extremely understanding even though the onus is absolutely on me to be on time. Despite me being late and being under the time crunch she made my skin look absolutely flawless, the makeup was seamless and didn't crease on my face. I definately recommend her and loved the experience with her.

I was referred to Fatima by a friend of mine who used her for her own wedding makeup. I was a little nervous because that was back when Fatima was just starting to do brides and I was weary of how it would turn out. I started out by doing a hair/makeup trial with Fatima in her home studio for my valima. At our first meeting, she was very kind and I quickly became comfortable talking to her. When I went in for my trial, I had no idea what I wanted my makeup to look like. Fatima talked through some ideas with me and we ended up trying two different looks, both of which were great! Although I prefer simple makeup, I ended up choosing the more glam look because she did such a great job!

Although I had already booked a makeup artist for my wedding, my in-laws still needed a makeup artist, and thankfully Fatima made time last minute to fit them into her day! They absolutely loved her and loved the hair and makeup she did on them! She especially did an amazing job on my niece's hair! To top it off, my own hair stylist did not know how to do a dupatta setting, so Fatima, being as amazing as she is, managed to come through last minute to my bridal suite and do my dupatta setting. My dupatta held all night and was so comfortable thanks to her!

On the day of my valima, Fatima arrived at the venue even before I did. By the time I got there at 7 am, she was all set up and ready to work. She took her time to make sure every detail was perfect. She also dealt with my indecisiveness about which lashes to go with and wanting to change the lipstick color. We ended up doing a different hairstyle than we had originally decided on, but thankfully she was up to the challenge of working with my fine hair. My makeup and hair stayed all day, and so did my dupatta. Thanks so much Fatima!

Fatima did an amazing job with my hair and makeup for my Indian pre-wedding event. She was very responsive leading up to the event and reached out early wanting to learn more about my desired look. She is extremely organized and on the day of the event she really listened to what I wanted. She is also a pro and in a very professional manner, let me know what would work for my skin/hair, what wouldn't work, and what a good comprise would be. I got a lot of compliments and wish she was local to Los Angeles so I can book her for my upcoming wedding! She also did H&MU on my mom and sister...we also have different hair and skin types and Fatima was super skilled at addressing all of our unique needs. I would highly recommend her!
