I cannot express how incredible Adelina was as my H&MU artist for my wedding weekend! She first worked her magic for my civil ceremony, and I knew right away that I had to have her for my wedding events. Adelina created two distinct and absolutely stunning looks for me that made me feel not only gorgeous but totally snatched! I received so many compliments throughout the weekend.

Beyond her talent, what truly sets Adelina apart is her warmth and kindness. From the moment we met, she made me feel completely at ease, which was so important as I was heading into such a big day. DO IT! Where do I start?! I truly truly cannot believe how lucky I was to find Adelina. First, I hate wearing makeup and doing my hair. I'm very much a flat iron and mascara type of person. In the past (esp being in weddings) I felt very ugly lol and felt like my look did not reflect my inspo pictures. I searched for months for someone to do hair and makeup, specifically someone who can work on all types of women (Hispanic, white and Asian- are in my family/party). I found Adelina through the Knot and reached out to her! Her Instagram has more up-to-date photos/videos.

The trial was so fun and easy. Adelina came to my apt in SF and was super respectful of my time and space. During the trial, I was super nervous but Adelina told me to let her know if I am not vibing with things. I asked for the lips to be lighter and boom, she did it! So don't be afraid to test some things with her, she's super open!

On the wedding day, she was early (which I love!!) and helped keep the calm energy (even during my conflict with my MIL LOLLL!!) She had two other women with her as I had requested makeup and hair for 2 moms, 1 sister, two bridesmaids, and last min added both of my nieces to get their hair curled. She was able to do alllll of us within 4 hours 8:30-12:30.. my ceremony was at 3:00pm but I wanted to do first looks at 1/1:30.

Adelina and her crew were right on time and made sure I liked every detail before moving on to the next step. I felt so beautiful and truly felt like I looked like ME! I did change my hair a little from the trial, which was a spontaneous thing that I did NOT tell her about. Adelina was on board and made my hair look gorg!

I attached photos of my hair and makeup throughout the day! It rained during the wedding and we were also sweating so badly! I dancing and jumped around. I even went to my fav local bar in the rain, not covering my hair- and my hair and makeup stayed fresh!!!!

I truly cannot thank Adelina enough and if you're looking for someone for your special day... book her!!!! Like the pictures from the wedding are amazing because of HER!

I contacted Adelina to get my hair & makeup done for my baby shower. Right off the bat, her tone was very inviting which instilled my trust in her so I went with my gut and made an appointment with her for my very special day. Adelina works at a very good speed and she remembers your preferences from that first intro call. Her pricing is very fair too and she is great at her craft! Her makeup application skills are on point - they accentuate your features but not too over the top. I received SO many compliments on my look and I will absolutely go see Adelina for any upcoming events I plan to attend. I highly, highly recommend her!!
