Dawn fixed my eyebrows which another artist had botched. That gave me the courage to do eyeliner and just recently I had her do my lip color. I think she is brilliant at what she does. She is meticulous, has a fantastic eye for color and, shape.While she listens to what I want, I depend on her professional opinion and skills to give me what looks good on me.My lips turned out perfect. She educates and instructs, and if you follow what she tells you to do, the results are great. I think her prices are very reasonable for the care and experience she brings to her craft. On top of everything, she is delightfully forthright and entertaining. I couldn’t be more delighted with my results

This is the third time I have had eyeliner done. This is the first time I have come to Dawn. It was by far the best experience I've had. It was a relaxed atmosphere and Dawn was very informative and patient. My last eyeliner tatoo was fading in just one eye so she had to match it and she did a fabulous job. I couldn't be happier. Tattooing is not a painless procedure but Dawn did everything to make it as pain free as possible. I appreciated her "obsession for perfection" and her communication throughout the whole procedure.

After many years of drawing my eyebrows on my face each morning I finally decided to have my eyebrows permanently done. The website had various information and videos that helped me understand the process. Next I called them and spoke with Loren, the receptionist and she was very pleasant, answered all my questions, and made me feel very comfortable. So, I made an appointment for a consult with Dawn Percer, artist. She took the time with me to find out what I was looking for and she gave recommendations, as well. So, I took the plunge and had Dawn do my eyebrows. I am so happy with the eyebrow results!!!!
