The Blush and Brush experience is like no other! The Rockleigh is one of the only venues in the area to have this exclusive experience and offering. I got the signature package which included my hair and makeup, consultant/concierge services leading up to the wedding, day of event coordinator and bride touch ups until the reception. If you are getting married at the Rockleigh, look NO further!! I would 100% recommend at least getting this package or above. From day one, the team makes you feel like the most important person in the world and they most definitely cascade that through to your wedding day. I never thought in a million years that I would feel as calm as I felt on my wedding day and I attribute a lot of that to this team. Maryanne and Toni Marie were on point and worked impeccably together and with their team. They not only made me feel like a queen but my Mom as well which was extremely important to me. They thought of literally everything and beyond to make sure everything was buttoned up and as perfect as can be. Words cannot even describe how amazing this service and experience was. Being a Type A person, it was very hard for me to trust and believe that someone else was going to not only understand my vision and keep it on a timeline but bring it to life in a timely manner and they did beyond that. Jason and Ivonne were our head stylists and did an incredible job. I had a large group- myself, 2 Moms and 10 bridesmaids and everyone was happy which says a lot! The energy was awesome and we had so much fun getting ready. I am so glad that I hired Blush and Brush. Rockleigh brides- run, don't walk!! Thank you so much B&B!!

As the mother of the bride, I would absolutely recommend the elite service! Not did we only look amazing but we were well fed and hydrated and pampered like movie stars! My daughter was calm and happy the whole day knowing every detail was taken care of by their amazing staff! Did I mention that we had 21 people using their service? Yea and everyone looked like princesses with their hair and make up perfectly done! For a no stress day of wedding use these people and feel your most beautiful for your special day!!!

Blush and brush went above and beyond making sure I felt beautiful on my wedding day! Booking was super easy and I spoke with a representative on the phone who answered all my questions and was very friendly. I booked my trail and had it at the Rockleigh which felt super luxurious! Myself and my MOH walked into a beautiful studio and were greeted by the artists. Jason did an amazing job on my hair. It was everything I wanted! My makeup artist was very nice but unfortunately she did not capture my ‘style’ too well. I wasn’t happy with the way she did my makeup. The next day I brought it up with one of the reps that I booked the trial with, and she was very understanding and went above and beyond to make it right. We scheduled another trial with an artist named Ivonne. When I got there, I met her and one of the coordinators, Heather. They both seemed genuinely invested in me and asked me a ton of questions on what I wanted to do differently. They assured me that I was not leaving until I was happy! By the end of the trial, I was so happy and smiley and we were all hugging goodbye! Ivonne was such a good match for me and i’m so grateful Blush and Brush made it right for me. On the day of my wedding I knew I didn’t have to worry about anything. I felt so beautiful and I was so pleased with their work. My bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law also looked amazing! The artist who was at my original trial did my mother in law and some of my bridesmaids. She did a fantastic job and everyone was happy with her! That’s why they suggest trials for the bride, so you can see if an artists style matches yours. It had nothing to do with her skill, just a difference in preference. All in all I am so happy I went with Blush and Brush. They are definitely not a ‘budget’ event styling company, but the way they took charge of the day, moved everything along, and made everyone feel beautiful was priceless. Totally worth it!

Finally writing this review after getting married last year but if you are a Rockleigh bride do yourself a favor and run- don’t walk to book blush and brush for hair and makeup!! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Maryanne and her team. First off, Maryanne is a Queen. She thinks of literally every single detail to make your experience perfection. She is incredibly professional and her experience in this business shines through. Just an example- during my trial a small piece of my hair comb broke and she said she would fix it and have it ready for the wedding day, which she did and you couldn’t even tell it broke!! From the moment your day begins you don’t lift a finger and are treated like royalty. I was thrilled with my hair and makeup (shoutout Yvonne & Jason!) and my girls and moms all looked just as stunning. Besides marrying my husband, this was the best part of my day. The champagne, food, music, laughs.. just all around good vibes and no stress! Booking blush and brush was easily the best money I spent on my wedding day. I would choose them again and again, thank you so much B&B!!

Blush and Brush have the most beautiful salon at The Rockleigh! When you book a package with them, you get top notch service and coordination through them, plus your bridal attendant arrives early. They set up all of my bridal party gifts I had brought earlier, they steamed all of our dresses and set them up for the photographer, they provided breakfast/lunch, as well as drinks while getting our hair/makeup done. My hair and makeup looked AMAZING!! I wanted a more natural look, and I truly felt that I looked like “the best version of myself”. They took care of my 7 year old flower girl who asked for a heart-shaped French braid because as she said, “weddings mean love”.

Not only did we look beautiful, but we finished EARLY. They coordinated hairstyles, drink choices, photo requests, and payments in advance, to ensure everything ran perfectly. I’ve never been a bridesmaid where we didn’t go 30-60 minutes over, so finishing early was amazing!!! They then coordinated and took a lot of extra photos of us with our matching pjs on, before the photographer arrived.

Shout-out to Maryanne, Ivonne, and Jason, who did my trial in May 2019, and made everything so so great, over 2 years later!

From the moment we met Maryanne, we felt comfortable and trusted that every detail was considered and nothing would be forgotten. Originally, I was concerned that we didn’t hire a wedding planner, but Maryanne and her team took over two weeks before our wedding and effortlessly coordinated and supported us through our wedding date. Maryanne, Toni and their team helped us stick to a timeline and set us up for a smooth day. No one felt rushed or like we were being ushered around. As a bride, it was so nice to turn everything over to them, so I could relax and enjoy the magical day. As for Yvonne (makeup) and Jason (hair) - they didn’t stop until every single bridesmaid was satisfied and felt gorgeous, of which they all did. They genuinely cared about making sure everyone was 100% satisfied with their hair and makeup. They maintained unstoppable energy, were full of smiles and just fun to spend the day with. And spend the day we did - we extended Jason and Yvonne and cannot recommend that service enough. Their passion truly shows in their work and for that, we are forever grateful. You helped make our day memorable and made it your mission to make sure we all felt beautiful, taken care of and confident.

Blush and Brush was the best decision I made for the biggest day of my life, they were the most critical part of my day. From everything like capturing the moments with pictures and calming my nerves, I never really knew the importance of having a team by my side until the day came!!! My hair and makeup was truly picture perfect, and the service was out of this world ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ there aren't enough stars to show my appreciation!

Our wedding was on October 11, 2019 at The Rockleigh and it was the most PERFECT day ever! Blush & Brush was 100% to thank for that! The Blush & Brush team IS EVERYTHING a bride could want on her wedding day! I could not recommend more. Maryanne and her team - Jay and Gabby - are absolutely phenomenal. My mom and my bridesmaids looked absolutely stunning!! To say we were pampered is an understatement. There was never a moment that me or my bridal squad had an empty drink or felt like we weren't being taken care of! Maryanne got us breakfast in the morning for when we arrived, she even went out of her way and picked up gluten free bagels for me, my mom and my sisters. The music, the dancing while getting ready - everything was just amazing and way more than I could have ever imagined! What I was totally not expecting was that Maryanne & Gabby stayed the ENTIRE time leading up to the cocktail hour. They held my make up, helped with touch ups, even took photos with my bridesmaids camera so that we could have photos of our own despite our photographer.

If you are getting married and do not have a team for hair and make-up, look no further!!!!! My mom and I cannot stop talking about our wedding day, especially Blush & Brush. Never have I ever felt so pampered and cared for in my entire life. They truly exceeded all expectations of how I pictured my wedding day and I want the same for all of you brides out there! I am so sad that this day is over, but looking forward to going back to the Blush & Brush salon for more pampering and good times!!
