I can't rave enough about Tia and her phenomenal work on my wedding day! From the trial run to the actual day, she worked her magic and made me look and feel like a queen. I was truly wowed after my H&MU trial with her and knew I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day. Her talent and attention to detail are simply unmatched.

But it doesn't stop there! Tia and her amazing associate Jackie also transformed my mom, mother-in-law, and bridesmaids into absolute stunners. Everyone looked breathtakingly beautiful, and it added so much joy to our special day.

Communication with Tia was a breeze. She was always clear and upfront about pricing, which made the whole process stress-free. Her professionalism, combined with her incredible skills, makes her a top-notch choice for any bride-to-be.

Tia and Zaliyah did an absolutely fantastic job on my wedding makeup and my girls' makeup and hair. We all felt beautiful. Tia and Zaliyah listened to all of my concerns and adjusted the makeup approach for my "mature skin" to ensure my makeup was flawless. Flawless Wedding Hair and Makeup

Tia is incredibly talented with a keen eye for every detail. She is very good with time and efficiently worked with my bridal party, ensuring everyone's hair and makeup was done to perfection.
She actively listened to my preferences and concerns. I truly felt like the best version of myself. Even with all the dancing and tears of joy, my hair and makeup stayed flawless until the very end. I am so grateful to have had her as a part of my special day.

I really hate to write bad reviews; however I remember reading hair/ makeup reviews for hours and hours when I was deciding who to hire for my wedding and I would have loved to have read a review like this. I hired Beauty Unveiled by Tia in Aug 2023 for my 9/21/24 wedding. I booked the “elite” premium HMU for myself, the bride, and booked HMU for 6 bridesmaids and was so excited! Tia did my hair/ makeup for my engagement photoshoot in Sep 2023 and I loved it! However, the company decides which hair/ makeup artist you are paired up with… in Feb 2024 I had to schedule my hair and makeup trials where I had to travel to their location. I had to drive to Kiel for my makeup trial (1 hour drive each way). I was wanting full glam, like Kim Kardashian glam, and left with my makeup looking like a middle schooler did it. It was extremely blotchy, didn’t match my skin color and there was absolutely nothing “elite” or “glam” about it. The makeup artists next trial appointment was there a few minutes early and sitting in her living room waiting right next to me, so I did not have the opportunity to tell her how unhappy I was with everything). The first 4 pictures are pictures I took in my car, 5 min after I left. I broke down bawling in my car, never had I anticipated my bridal makeup looking as awful and terrible as it did. I emailed Tia about the situation and voiced my concerns about the quality of the makeup and was given 2 options: 1. Do another trial with the same artist or 2: Be released from my contract without penalty. I was very disappointed that there was no effort to find me a better artist.

I did go to my hair trial a few days later (another 1 hour drive each way). I thought the hair trial looked okay, but not fabulous. I paid for both trials and tipped both of them (even though I wasn’t happy, they still provided a service). I ended up getting a referral to another company that was AMAZINGGGG and available somehow on the day of my wedding. She got my into her studio for a hair/ makeup trial 2 days later and she NAILED IT. I have attached pictures of that trial as well to show what I was looking for.

My takeaway is that Beauty Unveiled by Tia is a great option for someone that normally wears little to no make up and is looking for a more “natural” style. Not someone who is wanting full Hollywood glam.

After looking at countless beauty vendors, I decided on Beauty Unveiled by Tia based on her portfolio. She showed the subtle beauty I was looking for on my big day. Tia did both hair and makeup for myself as well as 5 additional planned services for the bridal party, and 1 last minute addition the day of. Even with squeezing in the extra unexpected service, we were able to get everything done on time with my anticipated schedule! Tia is fast and efficient and we received so many compliments from guests on the hair and makeup looks. My favorite part about working with Tia was, after I expressed some concerns or changes to my initial trial look, she was able to successfully take that feedback and make sure my wedding look was perfect!

Tia did the best job on me, and all of my friend’s bridal party this weekend! She did both my hair and make up for Alix’s wedding. I love how it turned out!!! Could not recommend her and her team more! Here are a few iPhone pictures of me from the day to show off! The last picture is the make up after almost 12 hours of heat, sweat, and lots of dancing!! So happy I booked this business! I had KT for makeup and Trisha for Hair. We had 8 people getting both done, Bride included, and we got everyone done ahead of schedule! My makeup was still flawless by the end of the night and my hair was only a little flat due to getting rained on. Tia was fairly easy to work with and made communication easy. My only complaint is I was assigned people from far away. I was had to drive an hour for my hair trial and pay to have a travel fee for my makeup artist to come local to me for the trial because she lives 4 hours away. While trials are optional, it was an additional cost and time I wasn't expecting. My artists did fabulous work and it all turned out perfect in the end!
