This place is a godsend! Was in town for a work event and needed a quick blowout. They answered the phone right away and got me in at a perfect time. The girl on the phone was so sweet and accommodating. We were greeted right away when we walked in, despite the fact that things were bustling! The space was super clean and the music was nice. The woman who did my blowout (Michelle) asked all the right questions to get it just how I wanted it. I’m a super low maintenance person when it comes to beauty stuff so I’m sometimes a little intimidated to come into a place like this but everyone was super friendly and relaxed. I felt comfortable immediately and throughout. My hair came out awesome, and I’m so glad I came here. What a lucky find. They are the best! Thank you!

So, I do like this place and I will recommend it for make up, but I did not enjoy my hair experience. I loved my make up! It was gorgeous and just what I wanted. My hair was the problem. I told the stylist I wanted a voluminous blowout but with curls. Okay, that isn't that hard right? Well to start off, the water was freezing cold when I got my hair washed. I was willing to look past that. Then, while bow drying, I was hit in the head or ear no less than 10 times. I wasn't injured or anything obviously, but from such a highfalutin place, that is not the expectation. I felt like I was being rushed. Then my hair stylist asks the woman coordinating all of the appointments if I was her last client. So at that point I felt even more rushed. Once my hair was done it was nearly totally straight. She said do you love it? I responded with telling her I thought it would be more curly like I asked. And she proceeds to tell me that my hair didn't curl with with the curl brush and blow dryer the way she hoped... Well then grab the curling iron and fix it? I mean, in my photos my hair is completely flat. I didn't have time to fix it and I am completely regretful on how my hair will look in these photos forever. My hair in the photo is after I took 10 minutes to try and quickly curl it has much as I could.

Very beautiful place. Very friendly but I’m not sure what I expected. It was my first time in I was offered a beverage 2 times and never got it. I didn’t end up getting a blow out but I got curls when I asked for volume. The look was cute but not at all like the pics online of southern belle which I asked for southern volume. I also wasn’t given any heat protectant and my head got burned twice by the curling iron. Again it’s beautiful place but very tight as well. Service stations where like a foot away from each other. Stylist bumped into each other and I was bumped into by the other stylist which just made me uncomfortable. I just feel like maybe I should’ve just shown my stylist the pics from the website. It was all just average. I paid for a dry blow out and I don’t think it was worth the $40 for the service I received and it not being a blow out. All in all I would not recommend nor come back.

I just got all glammed up at BAM, and it was an incredible experience! The staff is so welcoming, and their blowouts are amazing. Jackie did my makeup, while Mariah created an incredible updo— super talented! I'm thrilled with the results and highly recommend this place for any special occasion. Thumbs up!

I had such a wonderful experience at BAM getting my hair and makeup done for family photos today! Nick did my makeup and Mariah did my hair and they did an amazing job! They followed my requests exactly like I imagined and I am so thrilled with the results!

I won a free blowout and makeup service that was good Mon-Thurs through September. On Wednesday, I called and asked if I could come in Friday instead if I forego the makeup. Seemed like a fair trade off to me. After a long hold, I was told the STORE manager approved and my appt was booked. Parking and checking in was quick and easy. My stylist went over what I wanted before shampooing me. Once I was back in my seat with soaking wet hair, the front desk girl came over and said the REGIONAL manager did not approve of the change. I was told if I left a (positive) review, she would give me a discounted price of $30 for the blowout. Full price is $49. I was shocked and mortified. They had ample time to call me beforehand or to let me know when I checked in that they were no longer going to honor the agreement, instead they waited until I was in the middle of the service. After going back and forth with her, I politely declined this "offer" and the stylist graciously gave me a rough blow dry so I wouldn't have to leave with wet hair. When she finished, the front desk girl came back and said the regional manager now agreed to honor the coupon. The whole thing was just so embarrassing. As for the blowout itself, my stylist did what I asked for but I was disappointed she didn't use any of the products sitting in front me (not even a heat protectant). I would recommend going to the Drybar location down the street instead of this place. Will definitely not be coming back.
