I went to Face an Shades and had Patricia do my permanent make-up (powder brows). Not only did Patricia make sure that I was happy with the results of my powder brows, but she also held herself to high standards, making sure that she was happy with her work as well. She does a very good job. I got tattooed eyebrows because I will be doing chemotherapy and will lose all my hair. Including eyebrows. I love my eyebrows and I get a lot of compliments.

Patricia is amazing! She listened to what I wanted and brought it to life. She takes her time with each customer. I highly recommend her for permanent makeup. She did my eyebrows and although they are still healing they are amazing.

I've had microblading done twice just to put this in perspective. I was a little nervous about going for the permanent makeup. I will never get microbladed again. It just never lasted for very long. It's also painful. This was great. She numbed the area while she worked. Very minimal to no pain in the days to follow. She prepares you with everything you need to take care of your eyebrows after the procedure.

She made sure to get me scheduled for my touch up appointment within a few weeks. I can't say enough good things about Patricia. She is a true artist and really her talent shines through in the final product.

My eyebrows starting falling out after I started taking a medication. I had bald patches in each brow that didn't grow back. After doing some research I ended going to Face and Shades. I'm so glad that I did. Patricia is incredible. She was easy to work with and did an unbelievable job with my brows. Her place of business is immaculate and inviting. I have zero qualms about recommending Patricia. You won't regret it.
