LeJeune was an excellent choice for my HMU team. So easy to work with and everyone we spoke to from the trial to wedding day was so sweet. Patricia walked me through every step through my trial and I felt confident going into wedding day. I had a few small changes on wedding day and they were very accommodating. The team even made sure I drank water and took breaths (as I was getting more nervous day of)! We had a small wedding so we only needed HMU for myself, my mom and mother in law, and Patricia and her team were efficient and easy! I absolutely loved my look and so did my husband 🙂

My experience with LeJeune was had highs and lows but overall my family and wedding party was satisfied with the outcome.

Pros:
- Karine and the rest of the hair dressers are awesome, kind, and sweet. They are also bilingual which was SUPER helpful for my family.
- The bridal party make up and hair all looked amazing. Also our little girls’ make up was on point - not too over the top, very natural and age appropriate.
- I was a little concerned about make up for the ladies of color but they did a great job.
- Everyone loved the airbrush make up, both the make up and hair kept up through the whole day.
- On the day of - I received a call that the artists were going to be a little late, to make up for it they sent two more artists to make sure we were ready on time.
- All of the ladies handled requests, my nerves, etc. with grace and kindness. Kept the whole party in a positive and light mood.

Cons:
- Communication with the company was horrible. I reached out over and over again to get confirmation on start time and the number of artists. I’d get no response and I’d have to keep following up over and over again.
- I couldn’t get a straight answer about number of artists, we are truly lucky they sent additional artists on the day of because there is NO way we would’ve been ready in time otherwise.
- I was charged a deposit of 125 which should have been applied to the total cost but when I added additional services the deposit paid on the contract was changed to 100, not sure why. So I paid an extra $25 because it wasn’t applied to our services.
- My trial was okay. The artists were late and no one gave me a heads up. I was lucky that someone was at the studio that was able to find out where the artists were. Especially since no one answers the company phone. I am from NY so I traveled for my trial, to panic about potentially being stood up.
- My trial make up was very concerning - I knew there would be certain things we’d have to adjust here and there but the make up was way too harsh for me. I explained I don’t want lipstick and I wanted a lightly smoky wing tip. Unfortunately my make up during the trial ended up looking like 80s make up and the eyeliner looked like costume cleopatra liner. The artist was graceful about my being upset and kept me calm and reassured me we’d figure it out. In the end, I did my own eyeliner / wing tip and eyebrows, and lip gloss.
- Lastly, I personally don’t think the company should charge from strip lashes, they weren’t super high quality by any means and are generally included with other companies.

All in all, it was a rollercoaster but it worked out. For someone like me, who is anxious and planned a destination wedding, the process was not my cup of tea.

We had such a wonderful experience with LeJeune for our wedding day! So much so, that I actually ended up using them for my maternity pictures too.

Everyone on the team is so kind and fun to talk to. I remember during my trial I left feeling like I just hung out with some friends! They also listened to what I wanted and executed perfectly.

On the day of our wedding, they showed up on time and didn’t leave until everyone felt comfortable with their hair and makeup! They didn’t make us feel rushed at all.

Even years later after being in multiple weddings, my friends / family still tell me how much they loved how their makeup was done from our wedding. No other makeup artists compare! They bring out everyone’s natural beauty and it was the most natural, but flattering makeup.

And don’t even get me started on the hair! Everyone’s hair looked the exact same at the end of the night, even though we all sweat it out on the dance floor for hours.

I had my wedding hair an make-up done by the artists at LeJeune and it turned out amazing! I was able to do a trial run a month before with my exact stylists which allowed me to know them and make edits before the real thing. I even got to make an appointment to get my hair cut a few weeks before the wedding to make sure my wedding hair was easily achievable. My makeup artist was super helpful in understanding the look I was going for and recommending me products to prep my face before the wedding and to touch up my lips long into my wedding night! All of my bridesmaids and my mother & MIL also go their hair and makeup done and they all looked equally beautiful. I would definitely recommend using LeJeune to anyone getting married in the Orlando area!

Charleigh and Maggie came to my bridal suite at the Alfond Inn in Winter Park and did 10 hair and makeup for my bridal party, moms, grandmas, and myself. I had my trial and wedding day makeup done by LeJune. I had a different artist for the trial, and Patricia called me several days prior to the wedding letting me know my makeup artist may be sick on the wedding day. She was incredibly professional, and scheduled a prompt trial for me the day of my rehearsal dinner which was so appreciated. She also sent an extra associate the day of the wedding to make sure we would run on time.

Ngoc, my makeup artist, did an absolutely phenomenal job on my wedding party and my mother/MIL. They were glowing. Orlando does not have a lot of natural-style makeup artists, and Ngoc absolutely nailed the vision both for the trial and on the day of. My hairstylist was also incredible and I cannot believe how beautiful and secure my updo was! She pulled of the most fun pony tail for one of my bridesmaids. I am looking for excuses now to book this amazing team again.
