Amanda was the makeup artist for our May 25, 2024 wedding and she did a truly incredible job. Amanda and her second artist, Cynthia, did makeup for 14 (!!!) (including mother of the bride and groom) and everyone agreed it was the best professional makeup they have had done. Soft glam or “natural” makeup looks can be hard to get just right but Amanda and her team are absolute experts. Everyone looked gorgeous and felt like themselves. Between the group of us, there is a lot of experience with wedding makeup artists and we were ALL so pleased with our results.
Amanda was incredibly organized and easy to work with, responding promptly to my many emails, providing clear pre service guidance, and creating a solid schedule that made the day feel relaxed despite all the services.
Also, 5 stars for her spray tanning services- I was new to spray tan but was so happy I did it, there was not an orange tone in sight. She also did a spray tan for my mom, who is very fair so was nervous, but loved how it turned out.
Amanda clearly cares so much about her clients and takes the big role she plays in their day seriously. I have so many good memories from our wedding morning, seeing my loved ones looking and feeling so beautiful, and I love how our photos turned out. One of my biggest wins in wedding planning was reaching out early to book Amanda- I truly can’t recommend her highly enough!

No need to keep looking for a make-up artist now that you've found Makeup by Amanda Marie!!

From the second I met Amanda, I felt like I was talking to an old friend. She makes you feel comfortable as soon as you sit down in her chair!! I had airbrush makeup done for the gals and I and everyone's make up stayed on all night through the dancing!

Amanda did my makeup for my engagement photos and wedding! As well as a spray tan for my wedding. I couldn't recommend her more!!

During the wedding day, everything ran on-time and smoothly as Amanda and her second artist were able to complete make up for 10 gals in total! (8 bridesmaids, mother of the groom and myself). We started at 7AM and were completely ready by 12:30PM (including touchups)

Amanda provided each of us a little kit with a straw, lipstick and powder incase we needed them! It was very thoughtful touch!

I can't thank Amanda enough for keeping our getting ready morning seamless and easy going!

I got married on 11/17/2023 at Grace Barn and Amanda was absolutely phenomenal. ✨ From the very beginning when she first arrived at the Air BNB, she was so inviting and began by setting up her makeup chair and asking what scent we wanted for the diffuser. She made me and all my girls feel absolutely stunning and so comfortable. She totally listened to all of my requests and made me feel like an absolute princess. From my makeup trial and spray tans to the actual day of the wedding, Amanda made my makeup dreams come true for my wedding day! she’s such a sweet, inviting person and you won’t regret choosing her for most important day of your life. Thank you again Amanda!

Amanda was nothing but perfect for my wedding day! She was very accommodating and easy to work with throughout the process of planning my look, makeup trial, and wedding day itself. She put me at ease and made me feel so beautiful. She is an incredibly talented makeup artist and I, and my bridesmaids, felt comfortable in her hands! I have had my makeup done several times by her now, both for my own wedding day and during other friend's wedding's as well. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda!! From the moment I inquired about her services she was so incredibly helpful. I had so many questions and she took her time to answer them all. She provided a ton of helpful information about bridal makeup and skincare throughout the time I worked with her.
I scheduled my bridal makeup preview on a day I did a photo shoot and not only did we get to practice my wedding day look but I also had amazing makeup for my photos.
Amanda also did my tan and a couple bridesmaids a few days before my wedding day! It looked great.
Having done the makeup trial, my wedding day makeup was a breeze. I didn’t even think about what she was doing because I was so confident that I would love it and of course I did!! She is extremely personable and down to earth. It was a pleasure working with her and every single bridesmaid loved their look as well! I highly recommend

I can’t even begin to express how amazing Amanda was! She was on time for everything, kept a calm demeanor, and made every girl look beautiful! She even followed me around during pictures to fix my makeup as I cried. I felt like a princess! The makeup looked amazing the entire time! She even loved on my Dog of Honor.
