I have gone to this place serval times and have an amazing experience but this time was horrible. I was getting gel X taken off to get a manicure and the lady dug behind my nails with a nail tip to remove my gel x and would not stop even though I said it hurt. Gel X needs to be soaked off, not ripped off. She ripped multiple tips of my real nails off and then tried to charge me to put tips on them. She left a bunch of the gel X on the tips on my fingers and it made them so bumpy. She put one coat of very thick gel over the top. She argued with me when I said it hurt and when I made a comment about them being bumpy she told that it was just my nails that were bumpy. I left with my fingers throbbing and bumpy nails bc I was tired of arguing with her.

Extremely great service. They were able to accommodate me one hour before close for a gel manicure and pedicure! Good pricing and talent! I get my nails done each year for a competition for work and at other places they are not able to do the design. Oma nails killed it!

They did a fabulous job on my nails they look amazing and they were really nice if I spoke up and ask them to fix something, but it is hard to communicate with the girl that was doing my nails ,Tracy, it only took an hour and I would say they have a good price range. I got my nails done with acrylic base and I got French tips and I got a design, and I got rhinestones and it was $75 but she gave me a five dollar discount I would definitely recommend going here

Pedicures have room for improvement. They do not have enough callous removal nor hot stone massage time.
Manicure is amazing. My shellac nail design lasted for 6 weeks (outgrew) but I loved them! The second time they chipped on a nail a couple days later, but I trimmed my nails and then it lasted for 6 weeks again. Super impressed! They were able to easily look at designs, ask clarifying questions, and have a beautiful end result!

Oma lost a customer today.
I've been regularly visiting for a couple months.

I went in today to get the same service I've been getting, which is dip. Since day one, I've tried to ask questions and tried to be patient, and I thought we were starting to hit a decent stride.

However, today I was charged 10 dollars less than other visits. Should be a good thing, but I am upset. The website states that getting dip costs $45. No breakdown of "extras" so ultimately you think that's what you'll pay. They rang up $35. When I asked, I was told that it's because I've been getting extensions.

The problem here is that upon my first visit, I asked. They recommended the extensions. I asked if it was extra, they said no. After a painful and upsetting first experience, I was charged $45 but that's what I expected so... No biggie.

I've been in a few times since, trying to give it a real chance. Every time, $45. Every time, discussion of natural nails will be next time! And today, I finally get there, only to find out that I've been paying for something I would have opted out of if I had been given the correct information. I hated the extensions but thought it was part of the deal... My last set were applied hastily and left with lumps in the middle, so I insisted on not having them this time. I'm incredibly frustrated to find out that I've been paying for the discomfort.

The very worst part is that when I tried to ask and explain why I was frustrated, the owner took an extremely disrespectful and accusatory tone with me, smirking at times and claiming that he's never made a mistake, never overcharged, and was offended that I would say he's the one who said it didn't cost extra. Obviously it was my "misperception" that made me think that service was included. He insisted that getting dip done was $35 and always has been. He full on argued with me... And it definitely demonstrated how much he values repeat customers. I guess I'm not worth trying.

We really just needed to acknowledge, apologize, say they'd correct the website information, *something* but no. It was an argument, a refusal of responsibility, to the point where I just walked out. I'm beyond disappointed in how this was handled.

This is just nails, but this is my body and my money. I'm trusting the business to treat me with respect and with dignity. This was an epic third strike.

Not a fan. Zero pressure on massage & stopped mid-massage to answer phone, didn't use the callus remover on entire foot, left with chunks of paraffin wax still on feet, color from previous pedicure still on toes. Maybe it was just the tech I received, but based on this experience I would not go back. I was greeted promptly and only had a short wait before I was sat. Complimentary beverages as well.
