I highly recommend Piera Canu as a very professional, calm, kind, and creative make up artist. Piera simply works with a blank canvas and creates a masterpiece face that emphasizes beautiful facial features. When I asked Piera what colors she was going to apply to my face, she replied, “I am not sure yet, I will use colors that go with your dress, eyes, skin, and hair.” Piera did not disappoint and my makeup looked elegant, stunning, and not “over done.” I received so many lovely compliments thanks to Piera. Also, Piera is very organized, clean, and truly cares about her clients with her warm soul. I will definitely use Piera’s makeup talent for future special occasions. I don’t generally write reviews, here or elsewhere, but I was recently looking through my wedding pictures - from 2013, I might add - and felt compelled to write this review...She’s just that good. I prefer a very natural look, and have never enjoyed having anyone do my makeup, as it usually feels overdone. However, for my wedding I thought it might be fun to look a little special. I was nervous, but Piera was amazing! She was able to elevate my look without making me feel like someone else. A good makeup artist is creative- a great one has the ability to be both creative and restrained. Piera is truly an artist. Whether you want a glamorous and glitzy look, or prefer “you 2.0”, Piera’s your go to. And just as importantly, she’s a dream to work with. She’s professional and kind, and she has a great sense of humor! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Piera Canu is absolutely amazing. She is the best makeup artist there is! She did my makeup for my wedding and to this day people ask me who did my makeup because it was absolutely flawless. I honestly feel that the day of my wedding , because of Piera's makeup, i looked the most beautiful i have ever looked in my entire life. Piera did my makeup for my wedding, and she did the makeup for BOTH of my brother's weddings. I just wish i had more events to go to so Piera could do my makeup! I have recommended her to all of my friends who are recently engaged. Piera's talents are so above and beyond any other makeup artist who is out there. Aside from her absolute genius when it comes to makeup, she is a wonderful person. Over the past three years, Piera has become a friend to my family. She is wonderfully nice and so incredibly easy to work with. We absolutely love Piera! I highly recommend Piera to ANYONE who needs their makeup done. you will not be sorry. I can't put into words how incredible Piera is! She is the most talented artist!! Having her do my makeup on my wedding day was the best decision I could have made. She was calm, professional, and made me look STUNNING! She has the ability to do difficult techniques, shape your eyes, and face to bring out your strongest features. She is spot-on with colouring based on your skin tone and works miracles! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Piera is a truly talented makeup artist. She is really a perfectionist and pays extreme attention to detail.
