A lot of the tester products seemed dirty, missing or damaged but they did manage to have what I was looking for. I spent a long time trying to find where certain products were in the store. No one asked me if I needed help

11/22/24 everything was dirty, the sink to rinse your hands has built up bacteria and make up, no one has cleaned the sink. I’ll even help you guys clean your products because so many products are so dusty like it’s not that hard to clean you guys this is why germs spread around. Please do better, I thought this Sephora was clean the air inside was so stuffy, breeding ground for bacteria

When are you going to instill an age policy of admittance . This was the worst shopping experience . It was like every 10-11 year old boys and girls at the mall were let loose in this store without any supervision . Not only was I watching them blatantly destroy sample products, one boy was ripping all the tops off of the cologne’s we were there to try to purchase. Same boy was running through store and stepped on my foot and I was shoved. This isn’t a playground. Your employees are not enforcing any type of structure or standards for adults attempting to shop by removing children or any person for that matter who is destroying company property . I will be buying direct from the cosmetics companies from now on. Your business model and shopping experience is a joke

I go here all the time when I go to the mall, and usually they ask me if i’m ok or do i need help ONCE or TWICE. But yesterday I walked in with my friend, and it was obvious they thought we came in there to steal. They kept following us around the store and asking us if we needed help. And FOLLOWED US OUT THE STORE.. When i go here with anyone else (like my white friends) they don’t say nothing to us and let us shop in peace, but for some reason they thought we would just randomly start stealing from their store. When trust me, I got the money to pay for all the stuff I want myself TRUST. This store won’t be getting of mine or any of my friends or families money again. Talk to your staff for real.

I came to the store and it's filthy. It's dirty the employees did not care for the store is crowded and it's just dirt everywhere.

Everything was perfect when I went in with my sister and then all of a sudden a herd of 10 year olds or even younger come in rushing in to get the products i needed. I ended up coming out with just a fragrance. I needed more of my skin care products and some other products for my sister (since it was her birthday that day). I waited so long in line because a lot of little kids were complaining about products running out and not being able to get their way. I would recommend that people or kids under the age of 15 shouldn't be coming into the store unattended and acting rude to other people around them. This is just very bad in every way because the employees ignored me when I asked for help and helped some little girl instead of us.
