I booked Simonet for wedding makeup for myself (bride) and bridesmaids. Before booking her, I looked all over to find the perfect artist… and I feel that Simonet lived up to all my expectations. Her vibe was everything! She had great communication and provided feedback during the consultation that helped me envision the look I wanted to achieve. My makeup stayed on the whole night (11am to 1am) and did not feel the need to retouch.
I recommend Simonet a million times and look forward to someday be able to book with her again!

Simonet did my hair and makeup for my wedding in Miami this past December, and if I had to do it over again, I would choose her over and over and over. She is AMAZING. She is so professional from start to finish, her calm demeanor is everything, especially because I was so nervous the day of my wedding! From chatting on the phone to book her, getting my hair and makeup preview done at her studio, and then finally on the day of the wedding, everything was just so good. Simonet listened to exactly what I wanted and did that, and also gave her expertise advice on what I should or should not do. And I am glad I listened to her advice!!! I felt BEAUTIFUL on my wedding day. And I never say that about myself. Simonet made me look and feel so amazing. Not to mention, my hair and makeup stayed in place until 4 am the next morning!!! Simonet is such a great choice for your makeup and hair for your wedding! I cried about 50 times during my wedding and it went no where. Simonet and I have probably over 70 emails going back and forth and because my schedule was busy and it was difficult to schedule a trial. She worked with me until we found a date. I fully recommend her for your future wedding or other hair/makeup needs!

Simonet did my hair and makeup for my wedding and I’m still obsessed with how everything turned out! She is SO TALENTED and has so much patience and attention to detail. For example, towards the end of my makeup she realized my eyes are watery and they were already making my makeup run and she spent an extra 30 minutes making sure she fixed that! At the end of the night, my sister looked at me and said “your hair and makeup is still exactly how she left it”. Also, this may be less important to some, but super important to me, she was also super fun to have around on the day of!

If you’d like details - she met with me before I hired her, then a month before the wedding, and then I saw her the day of. The month before the wedding we talked about bridal inspo and she gave me a lot of recommendations such as “if you have any facial hair removed make sure it’s a 3 days to a week before!” She made sure I knew how to wash my extensions and which extensions were best. If you can’t tell, I highly recommend!!

While looking for a makeup artist for my wedding I knew I wanted to have a makeup artist do soft glam for me. Looking similar to how I look everyday was important to me with the soft blush, light eyeshadow, and full lashes but nothing too dramatic. I actually found Simonet on TikTok while scrolling through my feed. I had previously booked a different artist in the area who somehow convinced me to do full glam. All of that changed when I saw a few of Simonet’s videos of her doing bridal makeup. I made the switch, and I’m so glad I did. My makeup came out perfect and I felt comfortable with knowing that the soft glam kept me looking glamorous but without the heavy eyeshadow and long thick eyelashes.

The day of my wedding Simonet helped me calm my nerves (woo— was I nervous!!) and she made me feel so beautiful. She is detail oriented even to the point where she gives a cute touch-up kit with makeup essentials AND OTHER ITEMS. I was pleasantly surprised with just how awesome this experience with Simonet was. She took my soft glam vision and made it a reality.

My makeup and hair lasted through the Miami heat and humidity and also didn’t budge after my friends and I went out post wedding reception. The pictures only do half the justice of just how great Simonet is at doing makeup. I added two photos that my photographer took with extra lighting and filters added and a photo that was taken without the extra lighting or filters to show how seamless Simonet’s makeup application is.

I also utilized her services for a makeup trial/hair which I highly recommend because you get a visual of how your makeup/hair will look on wedding day.
