Zoe is such an artist! My first experience with permanent makeup was when I had my eyeliner tattooed at Tiger Lily Collective. Zoe did exactly what I asked for and I am still happy with how it looks years later. My most recent experience was getting powder brows done. Zoe shaped them beautifully and I absolutely love the way my brows look, even after only the first appointment! I will only go to TLC for my permanent makeup!

Zoe is such an incredible artist! I’m a natural redhead and was hesitant about micro blading. I was worried about the eyebrow color not matching my hair but she nailed it!

She’s very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable about what she’s going to do while listening to your input.

I absolutely LOVED this entire experience! I came in to see Zoe for powder eyebrows after having microblading done in Tokyo a few years ago. With super oily skin, my brows had faded quite a bit. Zoe took the time to explain during my consult what method would work best for my skin type and how we could blend the old technique with the new. We also went over everything about the process, any concerns and she answered all of my questions in a way that was super easy to understand.

My appointment was fabulous. She is so gentle that I felt pretty much zero discomfort. She took the time to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

Everything in her studio space was squeaky clean and sterile. Right down to her checkout process and aftercare routine, Zoe has it covered.

My results were fabulous, and I would gladly recommend any of my friends to use her in the future!

I went for henna eyebrows and I am absolutely obsessed with my new temporary look:l; I can’t stop looking in the mirror. I feel so pretty and well balanced with the eyebrows alone. She did a really good job and she’s really knowledgeable. I highly recommend for henna tinting.

If you're even slightly considering permanent makeup, do it, and with Zoe! I have lived 33 years with extremely blonde eyebrows, making me look like I had none. Today, I walked out with perfectly shaped, natural appearing brows that made my face feel "completed. " ... bonus every day, perfect winged eyeliner!

Got the first half of my top eyeliner service done yesterday. Ow! It did hurt, but Zoe was incredibly patient, gentle and detailed. I LOVE the way the liner turned out! Can't wait to see how they look after healing and touch up appointment.
